Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
